Pico is known as the island where the highest montain in Portugal,Mount Pico is. This island is very monochromatic and hard to approach. However, once you have tamed it , you cannot help but fall for it. It is much wilder than the other islands of the Azores and much younger. There are so many natural gems everywhere like Lagoa do Capitao, Pico mountain or Gruta da torres. In addition to that it is an amazing place for wine lovers, as Pico Wine is a very unique and delicious volcanic wine. Hopefully, this video will make you want to go there and visit.
