All of the humanity and prophets who came before Prophet Muhammad ﷺ were commanded to establish regularity in their prayers. Also, being generous through charity was encouraged.

The standard prayer would always consist of standing, bowing and prostration before Allah. We see these in texts of Christians and Jews as well.
