In today's video I'll be talking about my journey to getting diagnosed with ADHD as a 28 year old adult woman. We'll be discussing ADHD symptoms, how I was diagnosed via NHS & the DIVA assessment process, right to choose to potentially get an assessment quicker, & the option of having a private assessment. I'll then be talking about life since being diagnosed & the treatment I've received, my therapy journey & starting medication.
