In this webinar we looking at examples of creating system-wide change through innovative approaches to leadership and staff training. Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust discuss a number of creative changes they have implemented including the development of a Sustainability Champions Group, a Green Social Prescribing group and a Green Clinical Practice Group. This includes discussion around the barriers to bringing about these changes and the benefits that have been seen to date. Siân Hodgkinson, People Participation Lead for Environmental Sustainability at East London NHS Foundation Trust, also outlines the creation of her role and service user/staff involvement in the Trust's Green Plan.
