So you've decided you want a Honda SxS, or at least want to learn more about them, but which one? The Honda Pioneer 1000-5 is a great work and all around machine, but is the Honda Talon 1000 that is more sport focused a better fit for you? We compare the two top 1000cc models from Honda Motosports and go over what Dave liked about each. After riding the Honda Pioneer 1000-5 for the last several thousand miles he has some great experience to share. The newest in the shop is the Talon 1000 4 seater UTV that has some great features for the trails, but does also give up some things found on the Pioneer. While both have the Honda Dual Clutch Transmission, the proven 1000cc motor from the legendary Africa Twin, and some great engineering, there is also things we'd all love to see updated.
