RECIPE:
3 red onions.
Remove the center.
Grind.
Olive oil.
Fry over medium heat.
2 garlic.
1 red pepper.
Mushrooms 200 gr.
Salt. Black pepper.
Italian herbs.
Fry until done.
3 eggs.
Separate the yolk from the egg white.
The mushrooms are ready!
Add mushrooms to egg whites.
Mix well.
Add the stuffing to the red onion.
Dill.
Olive oil.
Carefully place into a baking dish.
Add the egg yolk.
Salt.
Dill.
Cover with foil.
Cook in the oven at 200 °C (400 °F) for 40 minutes.
Greek yogurt/sour cream 3 tablespoons.
1 garlic.
Dill and parsley.
Juice of 1/2 lemon.
Salt. Black pepper.
Mustard 1 teaspoon.
capers.
Chop finely.
The sauce is ready!
Cheese 40-50 gr.
Add cheese.
Cook in the oven for 5 minutes at 200 °C (400 °F).
That's all!
