These M&M Valentine's Day Cookies make the perfect recipe for the holiday of love. It's a great recipe to make as a family and with kids. This recipe makes 2 dozen (24) cookies. This is a quick recipe that takes less than 30 minutes.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup (1 stick) Unsalted Butter, softened
3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1 Large Egg
1/2 tbsp Vanilla Bean Extract
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
3/4 cup Valentine's M&M's
1/2 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (Recommended Mini Size)

The Valentine's M&M's can be found in standard or bulk bags. You can also find them in the bags containing fun size M&M's. If you are using the smaller fun size bags, 3/4 cup is roughly equivalent to 13 fun size bags.
