US President Joe Biden has revealed his favourite White House memory is of his grandkids "sneaking up and jumping in bed" with him and First Lady Jill Biden.

In an interview with Al Roker for NBC's "Today" show on Sunday, Biden initially mentioned "our kids" before correcting himself to "our grandkids".

“Our kids jumping in bed with us,” Biden said, before making a correction.

“Our grandkids, when they’re down here, just sneaking up and jumping in bed with us,” the president said. That’s my favourite memory here. They love it."

Social media users reacted in disbelief at the President's remarks.

"You can even tell Jill felt uncomfortable after hearing this," one X user wrote.
