Taylor Belchak is Product Operations Lead at the data-driven communication platform, Sedna. Formerly of Deliveroo and Google, Taylor has a passion for solving problems in complex product and organisational spaces while also promoting and scaling flexible, user-first experiences.

Chris Compston - Product Ops Coach at Northern Dynamics

Chris Compston has over a decade’s experience working in technology organisations including Bumble, Farfetch, Thoughtworks and Sky. He focuses on enabling teams to build better products for their customers, while maximising their performance and impact.

Gerisha Nadaraju - Founder and Host at Product Ops Podcast

Gerisha is an experienced Product Operations leader who has headed up the function at two fintech scale-ups (Dojo, TrueLayer) and now uses this experience as a Product Ops Consultant. She is the founder and host of Product Ops Podcast which she started in 2021 to share learnings on a nascent function, amplify diverse voices and build a sense of community. Gerisha is originally from South Africa and has an MBA from Oxford University. She is also passionate about helping women in tech navigate their careers, with a newly launched podcast called The Other Half.
