Friends, welcome to my channel! Pour milk into a two-liter jar. 2 tsp salt. I use sea salt. You can use the most common one. Place a cloth napkin in the pan. Put a can of milk in a pot. Pour in water. Place the pan on the fire. The water in the pan should be boiling. The milk should be well heated. 2 tbsp vinegar 9%. Add vinegar to milk. Mix well. After 2 minutes the milk curdles. Cook for no longer than 5 minutes. Turn off the heating. Transfer the cheese mixture. 1 teaspoon paprika. A pinch of chili and a pinch of dry chopped ginger. Mix everything well. Add to the cheese pan. Place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. 1-2 tomatoes. 1 cucumber. Arugula. Our cheese is ready. Ground black pepper. Olive oil. This is a very tasty and healthy salad for dinner. Bon appetit ❤️.
