Broadview Heights, Ohio -- Police pulled over a vehicle in Broadview Heights after they noticed that it was weaving within its lane and hitting the rumble strips. The officer noted he saw the driver's head down "as if he was texting."

The driver tried to rush the traffic stop and was trying to leave, even accusing the officers of racism when they smelled a "strong odor of marijuana" emitting from the vehicle.

When officers began the search, they noticed an empty gun magazine in the car and the man claimed there was no gun in the car. Officers eventually found a gun and arrested the driver. He was prohibited from carrying firearms due to a previous conviction in 09 and a current felony case from 2022.

The driver, later identified as Clarence Williams, was indicted in the following:
- Having weapons while under disability
- Carrying concealed weapons
- Improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle

His case is pending.
