Hello Ladies & Gentlemen and as always, thank you for watching!!! You just never know what the next call is going to bring. Sometimes, the seemingly simple job turns into a cumbersome task. We all have days where things just don't want to cooperate. This is one of those days for Ethan. He has to work on a steep incline over a blind hill to recover a car that slid off the road, the driver took the keys, and the steering wheel is turned and locked. This could have been handled many different ways. My common analogy, there are many ways to reach 10. The important thing is the job was completed with no injury and no further damage to the vehicle.
