The iconic track Circuit de Jules Tacheny in Mettet hosts round six of the FIA World Rallycross Championship. The last race of the highest Rallycross class was here in 2018. For the last three editions the action has moved to famous Spa-Francorchamps and the impressive Eau Rouge.

Fans of classic Rallycross tracks were looking forward to this event, which brings the sport to its base.

But after the fire in Lydden Hill two weeks ago there is no World Rallycross Championship competition in Belgium. The cars of RX1e category was not moving.

So the championship contenders Johan Kristofferson and the Hansen brothers fought their way to the finals in the RX2e support class.

The most excitement battles were in the Euro RX1 Category. The reigning championship Anton Marklund was a class of its own. Ulrik Linneman, Patrick O'Donovan and Janis Baumanis were chasing for victory as well.
