Dalal made the mistake of assuming that the GMAT is only a test of English and Math Skills. Consequently, she ended up getting 250 out of 800 on her first attempt. Then began a lengthy journey of reflection, going to basics, and understanding that the GMAT test makers are really trying to assess. With immense study and practice, she ended up scoring 780 in her recent GMAT attempt, achieving an unbelievable 530-point score improvement in her GMAT score.
