Audi TT mk1 front grill plastic is known for going grey. So in this video I solve this problem by painting the grill gloss Black .

Procedure:-
Wash and clean
Light sanding to remove any Oxide layers
Gloves
Degreaser
3 coats or more of plastic primer or more until there is an even coat of plastic primer
Leave to cure between coats
5 coats until even of gloss black
Leave to cure
1-2 heavy coats of lacquer
Leave to cure Do NOT touch for 24 or 48 hours as the lacquer will by dry but soft . And needs time to harden


This gives a very high gloss black finish to the Audi TT Grille grill
