Hello to all the gardeners and horticulturists on My Amazing Homestead channel!

In this video, I will show you how easy and affordable it is to create an effective drip irrigation system for growing cucumbers in a greenhouse. You will be pleasantly surprised at how simple it is to provide your plants with the necessary amount of moisture.

First of all, we will need 5-liter plastic bottles and ear picks. We will use them to create the drip irrigation system.

By positioning the picks correctly, we will be able to direct the water flow directly to the root zone of the cucumbers. This will allow the water to gradually seep and drip onto the plant roots.

Now that the drip irrigation system is ready, we move on to the next important step - moisture conservation. We will cover the soil surface with straw, creating a layer that will protect the moisture from evaporation and help keep the plant roots moist.

Thanks to this simple and budget-friendly drip irrigation system and straw mulching, your cucumbers will receive the necessary amount of water, and you will save time and effort on watering your plants.
