Today I’m making one of my favorite foods ever - buffalo cauliflower wings! I’ve made cauli wings on my channel before, but never attempted to make them low carb. They are so freakin good. These definitely aren’t keto, but I would consider them low carb. If you’re doing full blown keto, I recommend leaving the breading off entirely and just roasting your cauliflower with some vegan butter and buffalo sauce.
Serves 3
432 calories per serving
Net carbs - 28.4g
Fat - 27.1g
Protein - 12.1g
1 head of cauliflower
1/2 cup almond flour + 1/3 cup
1/4 cup arrowroot starch
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
3/4 cup almond milk
Preheat oven to 450 F. Place wings in for 20 mins. Dunk in buffalo sauce and put back in oven for 15-20 mins.
