I'm Samwise, and this was my proposal to Cynthia! She thought we had two tickets to a dinner cruise for our 11th anniversary, when in reality every person on the ship was a planted performer, and secretly upstairs our closest family and friends were waiting (they'd flown in from everywhere!) for a surprise Engagement Party!

So out on the Sydney Harbour, with the boat parked in full view of both the Opera House and Harbour Bridge, we pulled off the most spectacular proposal I could have hoped for!
