This is actually an easy chicken recipe that’s perfect to make even during busy weeknights because this does not take very long to cook.

You will need the following ingredients for this:
Doña Elena Extra Virgin Oil
chicken thighs, skin on & bone on
pancetta
garlic cloves
large onion
mushrooms sliced into halves
fresh oregano
Chicken Stock
All Purpose cream
Parsley
Sea salt and ground black
