【Vegan】 Thai Styled Fried Rice (PAD KRA PAO)

I really like the aroma of the Thai Basil. Stir fry firm tofu until golden crispy assembled with the meat texture, no need to mention the umami from beech mushroom. I also added seasonal vegetable and cowpea for an added sweetness. The Thai basil is the key in this dish, and cannot be skipped.

Ingredients:
300g Firm Tofu
80g Cowpea
One Beech Mushroom
6g Minced Ginger
3 Tabasco Pepper
Thai Basil

Seasonings:
1.5 Tbsp Soy Sauce
2 Tsp Oyster Sauce
1 Pinch of Salt
1/4 Tsp Freshly grounded white pepper
1/2 Tsp Starch
2 Tsp Brown Sugar

Tips:
1. If making for large servings, make sure to stir fry tofu until golden brown, then add remaining ingredients to avoid uneven heating.

2. Be patient, until the ingredients is golden brown.
