Growing up in a strict Islamic culture, Hadja was abandoned by her father and abused by her uncle from the age of three. She longed for the pain to stop; she cried out to Allah. But it didn't stop; she was abused again and again - by her aunt, by FGM, and even by a Muslim cleric. Through it all, she kept seeking after Allah to protect her, but he never answered. Allah wasn't there, but Jesus was watching; Jesus was seeking after Hadja. Hadja wanted a "superhero" to rescue her, but what she found was even better - she found a Savior. Jesus appeared to her and healed a lifetime of pain in an instant.
