Namaste dear moms & babies!

Baby Milena and I are so excited to share with you this first episode of mommy and baby yoga.
Both of us love doing yoga together, and we hope that you also gonna benefit from our classes.

This class is sustainable for babies from approximately 10 weeks old and up.
In this video, my baby Milena is 11 weeks old. I`ve been doing yoga with her since she was 4 weeks old. (Unfortunately at that stage I still wasn`t able or ready to shoot videos, maybe after my next pregnancy.)
