Can the word "time" be countable or uncountable in English?
It can be both!
TIME is countable when we are speaking about individual experiences:
I have ____ three TIMES. (You can count the individual experiences.)
TIME is uncountable when we are speaking about the concept of time, like on a clock.
I have a lot of time.
We don't have much time.
But remember, "time" is such a common word that you might see it being used in the singular or plural form depending on the expression / idiom.
