This year we have beautiful snowy winter in Lithuania! Today is already 32nd day I take ice baths this year! Many years back I was swimming professionally! And Today we will combine those 2 things, we are going to swim in the icy water! This is preparation for 25 meters swim competition in 4 weeks time, which is already Lithuanian tradition for some years!

This video is shot on 6th of February in Lithuania in Verkiai National Park. The temperature outside was -14 degree of Celsius or -6.8 degrees of Fahrenheit. Taking ice baths for recharge also have quite many benefits for health, which makes your immune system stronger. I believe this might help from COVID also:)

I would encourage you to try ice baths in a cold water and feel the power of cold:) You can even start trying at home taking 30 sec cold shower each morning.
