Made me cry! Subhanallah! A touching lecture about why to keep faith in Allah when making Dua and being patient when your prayers aren't being answered straight away.

When people make Dua to Allah normally people give up when their prayers aren't answered straight away. We forget the meanning of being a Muslim, Imaan... faith in Allah SWT.

Allah says in the Quran:
"When My servants ask concerning Me, I am indeed close (to them): I listen to the prayer of every suppliant when he calls on Me: Let them also, with a will, Listen to My call, and believe in Me: That they may walk in the right way." Surah Baqarah: 186

In a Hadeeth the Prophet SAWS says to the Sahabas:
"Shall I introduce to you a weapon which will protect you both from the evils of enemies and increase your sustenance? They said: Yes, O Messenger of Allah. He said: Call your Lord day and night, for "Dua" is the weapon of a believer." Sahih Bukhari

These two pieces of evidence should be enough to prove the fact that Allah is always there, listening to our Duas! There is not a single Dua a Mumin (believer) makes that is not accepted, or responded too. Allah doesn't ever leave a prayer unanswered.
