Anne Grethe Solberg was shot twice and almost bled to death. The doctors amputated her arm to save her life and she had to learn to walk again. She changed endless hopelessness to optimism by mobilizing her resources. She teaches us how to live with trauma by willingness to accept and change. She teaches us that nightmares mean that your unconscious mind is working hard for you. She confronted her challenges, fought, and succeeded. And she has accomplished things that most people would only dream of.

Anne Grethe Solberg is a Sociologist (PhD) and is passionate with gender and innovation. She inspire women to take higher positions to obtain gender balance in management. She believes that it is amazing what a body can handle
