A woman is found dead at the scene of a terrible car crash. The passenger luckily escapes unharmed. But as detectives investigate the tragic crash, they suspect this was no accident and that perhaps foul play is at hand. Elsewhere, a wife is found dead at the bottom of the basement stairs. As detectives look into the accident, they begin to question the sequence of events. Sometimes first impressions mask the truth.
