Our fertility system is stress sensitive. This means that stress negatively affects the delicate balance of hormones necessary to make a healthy baby.

This guided fertility meditation uses mindfulness practices to help relieve stress and also visualisation to create positive feelings and flood your body with positive hormones as you imagine carrying your baby.

If at first you struggle with this meditation because your mind wants to argue against the visualisation, or you can't picture it in your mind's eye, persist. Just because it is challenging at first, doesn't mean that it's not working. Allow your mind and body to slowly open up to the possibilities and excitement of carrying your baby, even if your heart won't allow you to be hopeful just yet.
