2 lb fresh molokhia leaves / jute leaves
2 medium sized onions
1 ½ lb beef and cow skin
2 lb red snapper
3 medium sized blue crabs (0.6 lb)
½ lb tripe
½ lb snails
3 pieces kako (salted shark fish)
1 Maggie shrimp tablet
25 g fresh ginger root
6-8 mixed color habanero or scotch bonnets
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tsp baking soda / potash (kanwu)
Salt to taste
