Easy to follow and understand video on how to change the driver side low beam headlight on a 2009 Lexus IS 250 (2nd generation / 2006 - 2013).

The Lexus manual states that car owners take their car to a Lexus dealership to change the headlight. This may set you back $200-300 per headlight! Save yourself some cash for other things by changing your own headlight!

It is recommended to unplug your battery before working on this. Perform this at your own risk, I am only showing what worked for me.
