📋 How to Adapt to TikTok Shop’s 3-day Processing Policy
TikTok Shop has a 3-day processing policy, while Printful’s fulfillment takes 2–5 business days for all production techniques.

TikTok is working to lift the 3-day policy for our app. However, for the time being, you can extend your order’s processing time on the TikTok side up to 7 days.

If your customers’ orders take longer than 3 days to fulfill, you can communicate fulfillment delays from the Orders, Manage Orders section of TikTok Shop’s Seller Center.

⬅️ How to Manage Returns on TikTok Shop
According to TikTok Shop’s return policy, a seller must not reject a customer’s return or refund request without a solid and justified reason.

As for Printful’s Return Policy, any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Similarly to other marketplaces like Amazon, we suggest allocating a percentage of your profits for returns. Typically stores that use this type of policy find greater success as it can help increase trust and overall sales.
