heat some lunch meat such as turkey or ham even breakfast sausage patties will work for this delicious sandwich.
place the warm meat on your bread, place the cheese on your warm meat, then top it with your cooked egg. put the lid (second piece of toast) on it, and enjoy! This sandwich is great served with picante sauce or salsa.
