I'm at Chipotle Mexican Grill in Denver, Colorado testing my meal for gluten using a nifty gadget called the Nima Sensor. Chipotle is often known as safe haven for gluten-free folks. The vast majority of the menu is GF, and if you ask for special "allergy prep," you can minimize the potential cross contact with gluten.

My Nima Sensor found good results at Chipotle, although cross contact with gluten was found in the queso.
