This pizza casserole is Joshua’s signature dish. Whenever I add it to our weekly menu he gets super excited. And was super cool is I was able to buy all the ingredients for only $19.55. Which included garlic bread and I did have some leftover food from making a salad. But the actual ingredients that we bought in the store only came to $19.55 for our family of 10.

It was a lot of fun cooking with Josh. He’s so funny and at first she can see he was a little camera shy. But then warmed up to the camera and was truly hilarious. I’m so thankful for this son of mine and how he is defy the odds against him and pretty much can do anything even better than me.

Here is his pizza casserole recipe:

Ingredients:
One or two boxes of rotini noodles
2 to 3 jars of spaghetti sauce
1 to 2 bags of Italian shredded cheese mix
1 to 2 teaspoons of Italian seasoning
One or two bags of pepperoni

That’s basically the ingredients that you need to make this wonderful dish that Joshua loves to make.

Directions:
Cook the noodles drain and let cool and set aside and combine them with the spaghetti sauce. Mix well.
Next, you’re gonna lay or your casserole dish first, with a little bit of spaghetti sauce on the bottom, then pepperoni, the noodles, and cheese.
Repeat all those layers, ending with cheese, and then sprinkling with the oregano seasoning.

You can also get mini pepperonis if you want a different texture to the dish, you can add a Italian sausage. If you’d like, you can kind of make it your own. It’s a super simple dish that even your kids can make.
