When I became pregnant with our second baby, I experienced period-like cramps about 5 days before my expected period. I boded a doctor's appointment just in case it was something I should be worried about- but it turned out to be implantation cramps! The cramps lasted for a full day and a half. I did pregnancy tests every day after getting them and about 3 days after the cramps began I got a very very faint BFP positive pregnancy test!
