This video is not sponsored. I borrowed the headset from the company to review and returned it after making this video. I do not receive any income from sales of the headset.

Can you "tap the full potential of your brain's power" with this headset?

The makers say using BrainTap can reduce stress and worry, enhance sleep, have you waking up feeling energized, let you "reach deeper meditative states without years of disciplined practice" - and more.

The headphones and visor have lights inside that are meant to help alter your brain state (for the better) as you relax with your eyes closed whilst listening to the sound of guided visualization audio-sessions on the BrainTap Pro app.

I used the headset every day for three weeks and I put a LOAD of questions to the inventor for you; Dr Patrick Porter.

This video includes: my likes and dislikes about the headset and app, plus Dr Porter talking brainwaves, neuroplasticity, dementia, language skills, dancing and fire engines… it all makes sense when you watch.
