Have you ever heard of "environmental racism"? It is when tribes, villages, or communities are exposed to pollution, toxic discharges, or exploitation of natural resources because of their racial or ethnic origin. It is not talked about enough and millions of people are forced to live in these conditions. Together with @ActionAidItalia I flew to Brazil to document how adopting a child remotely can literally change the lives of children and families who are victims of these injustices. Welcome to a great adventure beyond the boundaries of the environment and into the heart of a struggle that affects us all!
