How to analyze a real estate deal and determine if it is a good deal or not… This is one of the most important things about real estate! You MAKE your money when you BUY, and you REALIZE it when you sell. You can NEVER fix a bad deal!

If you buy a property and the numbers are wrong from the beginning, you WILL lose money. If you analyze a flip property and you are off on the ARV or the renovation budget, then you WILL lose money on the deal.
