Using aqua therapy in my physical therapy. I am a quadriplegic with a T7 and a C5 incomplete spinal cord injury.

I have found that aqua therapy helps me by decompressing my spine and reducing pain, as well as helps me with moving, stretching, exercise, and promotes blood flow and overall good health by countering the effects of always sitting in my wheelchair.
