Some failed UPSC candidates asking me to join as coaching faculty / Educator in UPSC Coaching industry. Here is my 5 point advice to them.
1) develop social media distribution
2) have sample lecture clips ready
3) PPT / material needs to be ready. else u get thrown out in 3 months if not student retention / pageviews not coming.
4) not committing too much / frontloading.
5) offline class teaching experience will help you refine teaching skill.
