Thanks to the industry's two major disruptive trends – electrification and digitalization, we're back in the roaring twenties. ​These trends force us to use unorthodox interdisciplinary approaches, following the simple fact that old paradigms do not work anymore. How to differentiate and unite Design Quality, Perceived quality, Human-Machine Interaction issues, User Interface Design, Customer Experience, Artificial Intelligence, Extended Reality, and Gamification approaches? This ambitious goal reflects industrial needs aligned with the scientific advancements regarding Data-Informed Design.
