At your local hardware store obtain:
36" long of 1/2" PVC pipe
2 - 1/2" Tee peice
1 - 1/2" cross peice
4 - 1/2" 45-deg elbow peice
5 - 1/2" cap peice
1 - valve stem cut from bike inner tube
1 - wine cork
2 - 2L pop bottles
