REITs had a rough year in 2024, but 2024 could have them due for a turnaround. As such, in today's video we are going to take a look at 3 REITs I am looking to BUY and 1 REIT I rate a SELL.

REITs are a great way to add Real Estate exposure to your portfolio. In 2023, the sector had to deal with high interest rates, but with the Fed expected to cut rates multiple times in 2024, this could have REIT ready for a turnaround story.
