In today's video I drive a legendary Mercedes - but one which was almost ignored when it arrived. The SLS was the successor to the McLaren Mercedes SLR, offering similar performance at a much lower price - yet it failed to sell well when new. Since, the car has gained a cult following but the convertible roadster version is often overlooked in favour of the gull wing coupe.
