So I bought a kei truck few months ago. My kid has a kei truck. Suzuki, I drove it to work for a few months and I only put gas in it once a month. So I did the math. Figured I will get one. I got a Mitsubishi mini cab I drive it to work everyday and the gas gauge doesn’t move. It’s great. The reason I bought it. I work at a concrete plant. The road in is absolutely atrocious and the car gets covered in concrete dust and concrete. I was driving my new vw gti there and enough is enough my new car would have been destroyed, So. Leased a kei truck. $200/ month and can buy it out for 800 at end of term. 36 months. Kei trucks are $7000 minimum for a good one. My son’s Suzuki k truck ended up 11000$. But it’s mint and has 30k. Km. Mine is Mitsubishi and has 60k. Km. But it’s amazing truck. And. Use it daily.
