Melted or decomposed urethane rubber rollers can destroy your tabber, printing press or envelope feeder. There is literally no chemical known to man that will clean it up and dissolve it.

But I found out that Easy Off Oven Cleaner will break it down and allow you to wipe it off of the machine.

Of se, there are only a handful of people that will even understand this issue. But for those of you that do, this is a life saver.

The sticky goo that is caused by old rollers decomposing into melted goop is impossible to an up.

But leave it to Mr Dog Pop's Maintenance Man to figure out that oven cleaner will do the job.

We tried gasoline, lacquer thinner, paint remover, mineral spirits and a slew of other options to get the goop off of our mailing machines that sat in a warehouse for years only to find out the rollers melted and made a compete mess.
