How to repair black flat screen tv with no picture only sound. This works on Samsung, Vizio, Toshiba, LG or any other LCD, LED, or plasma TV. After baking the motherboard of my LG plasma TV in the oven last year I fixed the no picture no sound problem. Now I have an issue with the video picture, which is distorted and sometimes no picture at all but has sound. I'll bake the Logic Control Board (TCON on LED LCD) and the motherboard again to fix the problem.
