✓ 450 g Filo dough
✓ 1 ½ pound ground beef
✓ 1 large onion
✓ ½ cup Beef broth
✓ 3 tablespoons flour
✓ 1 tablespoon Garlic | 30g
✓ 1 teaspoon pepper
✓ 1 tablespoon salt
✓ 2 eggs
✓ approx. 1 cup oil
✓ 1 ½ cup sparkling water
✓ 15 inch pan

Bake at 390°F for the first 15 minutes, then reduce to 360°F and bake for another 30 minutes until golden brown.
