So soon after we completed the renovations on the first side of my duplex, we moved on to the other side. We had a two month time frame in mind to have it completed due to already having a lease signed with a tenant to move in August 1st. With this being said, we were very rushed to get this project completed. 97% of it is done, just have to touch up some areas with paint and hole filler; however, a happy tenant is already moved in to it for the time being.
