In South Korea, there is a way to park your car anywhere when the garage if full. No one will tell you this since all Koreans know it thus a Korean parking secret. I grew up in the 80s watching my parents do this and it's a great way to park your car fast when you are too busy to look for a parking spot.

You can do this at any indoor or outdoor parking lot in South Korea, just make sure your car can roll freely by putting it in neutral.
